The Daikin DRC0603D000001S Light Commercial Packaged Air Conditioner provides superior cooling performance that is both self-contained in one unit and highly efficient for maximum energy savings. The system is suitable for rooftop or ground-level installation, and airflow can be set for horizontal or downflow applications. The galvanized steel cabinet coated with UV-resistant paint ensures that the unit can operate effectively during any weather conditions and at any time. Daikin Packaged units are designed with an easier and faster installation in mind for both new construction and retrofit. Our packaged rooftop units are built to be a direct replacement for most rooftop units on the field without the need of a curb adapter, to be able to replace the unit in a shorter time and at a lower cost.
Daikin provides a 5-year warranty on all functional parts within the air conditioning system. Please note that the unit must be installed following your state and local codes, and the unit must be registered online through the manufacturer for the warranty to be upheld.

Upon shipping your order, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number, which allows you to monitor its progress. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If your order is placed and payment is received by 12 p.m. EST (Monday - Friday), the order typically ships within the next 72 hours. Orders submitted on weekends are processed on Mondays. We kindly request that you allow 3-5 business days for your shipment to arrive, although, in most cases, it arrives sooner.

After an order ships, the shipping carrier will contact customers to coordinate the delivery schedule.
Once an order has been processed and shipped, it's important to note that the shipping address cannot be altered. Items designated for pickup at the terminal will only be released to the individual listed on the shipping label. Cancellation: If an order is canceled or a delivery is refused after the order is in transit, it will be considered a "Return Request" and subject to the fees outlined in our Return Policy.

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you can return your item/s within 60 days of delivery for a full refund of the original payment.
Once we have received the product(s) and, if appropriate, any packaging, a refund will be credited to the payment card account within two weeks; please note that it may take up to 3 days for your bank to credit your account. We are not liable and cannot take responsibility for any bank charges you may incur during the refund process.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In this case, we will cover the cost of return shipping as well as we will not charge any restocking fee.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer if you want to Exchange. Also we will charge 10% restocking fee.

We provide a 60-day return policy for your convenience. To initiate a return, it is essential that the items remain unused and in their original manufacturer's packaging. When returning the equipment, please ensure that you reuse all shipping materials that were initially used to protect the equipment during shipment.
We will provide the return label.
Upon receiving your return, we will issue a refund for the full order amount, minus the return shipping cost and a 10% restocking fee.
