Single-zone or multi-zone?

• Single-zone systems (9,000–36,000 BTU): one outdoor unit and one indoor wall unit, sold together as a matched set. Choose the 19 SEER2 line for value or the 23 SEER2 line for lower energy bills.
• Multi-zone outdoor units (2 to 5 zones, 18,000–42,000 BTU, up to 24 SEER2): one outdoor unit runs several indoor wall units, each with its own temperature control.
• Universal indoor wall units (9,000–24,000 BTU) with built-in Wi-Fi work with approved single-zone and multi-zone RunTru outdoor units.
