Return Policy


If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you can return your item/s within 60 days of delivery for a full refund of the original payment.

Once we have received the product(s) and, if appropriate, any packaging, a refund will be credited to the payment card account within two weeks; please note that it may take up to 3 days for your bank to credit your account. We are not liable and cannot take responsibility for any bank charges you may incur during the refund process.


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In this case, we will cover the cost of return shipping as well as we will not charge any restocking fee.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer if you want to Exchange. Also we will charge 10% restocking fee.


Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that weren't returned within 60 days from the date the customer received the item
  • Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
  • Items that are not in their original packaging
  • Items that do not have all tags and accessories
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


We will refund the full order amount minus the return shipping cost and a 10% restocking fee.


We charge 10% Restocking Fee, except product got damaged by carrier.
