Final Sale Policy

By placing an order, the purchaser expressly acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:

1. No Returns or Exchanges
Final sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, substitution, or store credit for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction, incorrect selection, incompatibility, or change of mind.

2. No Refunds
All sales of final sale items are final and non-refundable. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

3. Assumption of Risk
The purchaser assumes full responsibility for determining product suitability, compatibility, and compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and intended use prior to purchase.

4. Condition and Disclaimer
Final sale items are sold “AS IS” and “WITH ALL FAULTS” with no representations or warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, except where prohibited by law.

5. Shipping and Damage Claims
Any damage occurring during transit must be reported in writing within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs. Failure to report within this period constitutes acceptance of the product.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes
The purchaser agrees not to initiate any chargebacks or payment disputes related to final sale items. Any chargeback initiated in violation of this policy may be contested with the payment processor using this agreement as evidence.

7. Severability
If any provision of this policy is deemed unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
