At ACUnitsForLess, your satisfaction is our top priority. To ensure a smooth experience, please review the following policies carefully.
1. Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing (email: sales@acunitsforless.com) within one (1) business day, provided the order has not yet shipped, to receive a 100% refund. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Cancellations requested after one business day may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Once an item has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

If you refuse delivery (unless visibly damaged), you will be charged a 15% restocking/admin fee.
If a delivery is refused for reasons other than shipping damage, the customer is responsible for:

The original outbound shipping cost

Return shipping back to our warehouse

A 15% restocking fee
2. Returns and Refund Policy
If you need to return a product, we will refund the purchase price minus shipping and handling, subject to the following conditions:

A 15% restocking fee will apply.

Original and return shipping costs (including insurance) are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the item.

Items must be returned in like-new condition:

In original, untampered packaging (clear tape only).
-
Not installed, used, or damaged.

Must include all manufacturer documents (manuals, guides, warranty info).

Products received via freight must be returned via freight. Smaller packages must include trackable shipment (UPS, FedEx, etc.).
Returns requested after 14 days require manufacturer approval and may be denied.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Please allow up to 3 weeks for processing after we receive the returned product.
3. Order Fulfillment Issues
Any incorrect or missing items must be reported to ACUnitsForLess within 24 hours of receiving your shipment.

Any shortages not documented on the delivery receipt will not be accepted.

If the error was ours, we will cover all return/replacement shipping costs.
4. Shipping Info / Claims / Replacements
Please read our shipping policy carefully.

Shipping damage claims must be initiated by the customer, but we will assist you with the process.

The carrier has the final say in any damage claim resolution.

Claims must be submitted in writing to both ACUnitsForLess and the carrier within 24 hours of delivery.
5. Liability Disclaimer
ACUnitsForLess is not liable for damages caused by improper installation or operation.

All HVAC systems should be installed by a licensed, certified professional.

DIY installation is at your own risk and may void warranties.

Advice provided by our team is based on limited information and should not replace professional consultation.
6. Warranty Policy
All equipment sold by ACUnitsForLess comes with a Manufacturer’s Warranty.

It is the customer’s responsibility to register equipment with the manufacturer upon installation.

Proof of installation by a licensed contractor must be submitted to us within 45 days of receipt.

Manufacturer warranties typically cover parts only, not labor or full system replacement.

Any warranty claims must include:

A detailed diagnosis from a licensed contractor on company letterhead or service ticket.

Submission of the defective part as required by the manufacturer.
-
Labor warranties are not included unless provided by your installation contractor. ACUnitsForLess does not offer additional warranties beyond those of the manufacturer.
7. Legal & Safety Compliance
Federal law requires that refrigerant systems only be handled by licensed technicians.
Buyers assume full responsibility for safe and legal installation according to all applicable codes.
8. Equipment Selection Disclaimer
We do not guarantee the suitability of any equipment for your specific needs.

Our team may offer sizing or selection advice, but a local professional must confirm compatibility.

Always consult with your licensed installer before placing an order.
9. Typographical Errors & Inaccuracies
While we strive for accuracy, ACUnitsForLess is not liable for errors in product descriptions, pricing, or availability.

We reserve the right to correct errors or cancel orders with incorrect pricing or data.

Product specs may change without notice due to manufacturer updates.

This site may contain links to other websites; we are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third parties.
Shipping Information – ACUnitsForLess
We ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. states. (We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.)

Orders typically deliver within 5–10 business days.

Out-of-stock or special-order items may take longer.
-
Fragile items (e.g., evaporator coils, copper tubing) may only be shipped with HVAC systems for safety.
Orders ship fully insured via common carrier (FOB origin).
You are responsible for inspecting the shipment before signing the delivery receipt.

If damage is evident, note it on the receipt and refuse delivery if the damage is severe.

Cosmetic damage may be accepted, but must be documented with photos.

If you request a liftgate delivery, additional charges may apply.
In cases of shipping damage:

Do not sign for uninspected shipments.

Claims must be filed within 24 hours, with full documentation.

We will assist with filing carrier claims or arranging replacements as needed.
Once a shipment leaves our dock, it becomes the property of the consignee. ACUnitsForLess will assist in resolving carrier issues but cannot guarantee claim outcomes.
