Shipping Policy

Once you place an order on ACunitsforless.com, we will promptly reach out to express our gratitude for your purchase and address any inquiries you may have. Our team will also review your order with you to ensure that you have selected the right equipment for your specific needs.

Orders will be processed within 48 hours of payment confirmation.

Upon shipping your order, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number, which allows you to monitor its progress. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If your order is placed and payment is received by 12 p.m. EST (Monday - Friday), the order typically ships within the next 72 hours. Orders submitted on weekends are processed on Mondays. We kindly request that you allow 3-5 business days for your shipment to arrive, although, in most cases, it arrives sooner.

To ensure smooth communication, customers are advised to confirm that the contact information provided in their order is valid and in working condition. We will use the information on the order page to make phone calls and send emails.

After an order ships, the shipping carrier will contact customers to coordinate the delivery schedule.

Once an order has been processed and shipped, it's important to note that the shipping address cannot be altered. Items designated for pickup at the terminal will only be released to the individual listed on the shipping label. A valid driver's license and a signature will be required for the release of the shipment. We adhere strictly to this policy, with no exceptions.

Damages and Shipping Issues:

We offer free crating to safeguard your equipment during transit, thus eliminating any concerns regarding damage. When you compare our shipping policy to that of our competitors, you'll notice the difference. Customers are not held accountable for any damage to their orders.

Cancellation: If an order is canceled or a delivery is refused after the order is in transit, it will be considered a "Return Request" and subject to the fees outlined in our Return Policy.

We kindly ask that you refrain from scheduling the installation of your equipment until you have received and thoroughly inspected it. ACUnitsForLess.com cannot be held responsible for any costs associated with pre-scheduled appointments that are missed due to shipping delays or damages.
