We understand that sometimes a customer might need to cancel an order. Cancellations must be made by calling Customer Service at 1-678-535-7176, Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm EST. You must speak with a customer service representative and obtain a Cancellation Authorization Number.
Cancellations cannot be made by email, voice mail, snail mail, or fax.
You can cancel an order any time before equipment is loaded for delivery without incurring any charges.
A $50 Restocking Fee applies to any order cancelled on the scheduled delivery day. The order price (including taxes) minus the restocking fee will be credited to your account within 2 business days.
If the order has been delivered and signed for and the driver has departed from your location, you cannot cancel the order. You will need to apply for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please see our Return Policy for details. (Link to Return Policy Page)
